Job Title: HR Recruiter cum Generalist

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter cum Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while also supporting various HR generalist functions, including employee onboarding, engagement and HR operations.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer roll out, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave management, employee onboarding, and exit processes.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management activities.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Maintain HRMS data as required.

Preferred candidate profile:.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
