Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy implementation to ensure smooth workforce operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in performance appraisal and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications
- Coordinate employee benefits and exit formalities
- Support HR audits and reporting activities
- Work closely with department managers on manpower planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
- Knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
