HR & ESG Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR & ESG function. This role supports people initiatives, employee engagement, corporate philanthropy and sustainability communications across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Philanthropy & ESG

• Manage end-to-end philanthropy projects budgeting, proposal development, activity planning and target achievement
• Present monthly target vs. achievement updates to stakeholders
• Led ESG gifting activity: formed and managed a team of 5 women to paint and package 7,000 diyas for associated doctors and employees
• Plan and execute ESG initiatives including donation drives, blood donation campaigns and volunteer programmes

Communications & Digital

• Curate and schedule LinkedIn posts covering organisational activities and engagement initiatives
• Develop content for LinkedIn articles and corporate communications
• Manage and update the corporate website with quarterly numbers and imagery

HR Operations

• Review resumes for open positions and conduct initial screening interviews
• Curate training presentations based on learning programmes conducted across the organisation

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute pan-India engagement activities — Secret Santa, Diwali games, meditation and yoga sessions, and more
