Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Source potential candidates via job portals like Naukri.com or professional networks, review resumes, and conduct initial screening calls.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and communicate timely updates to candidates.
- Onboarding & Induction: Assist new hires with joining formalities, document collection, and orientation programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment metrics using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR software.
- Employer Branding: Help create and format job descriptions to post on various job boards and social media platforms.
