Job Description

Responsibilities

• To Maintain and enhance the organization s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an ER strategy.
• Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization
• Act as the first point of contact for employees for grievances, performance management.
• Need to have good knowledge of Performance Management System.
• To support the resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary.
• Monitor compliance of all requirements and timelines specified in the complaintgrievance procedures
• Conducts exit interviews to ensure proper information is captured, recorded, and is available for analysis
• Meets with management to discuss possible action steps to resolve associate relations issues.
• Manage company-wide communications for organizational announcements as needed.
• Assist with audits and maintenance of employee personnel records.
• Preparation and maintenance of reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of HR
• Build a strong business relationship with the internal client.
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

• Requirement

  • 2-4 yrs of HR Generalist HR Business partner knowledge
  • Experience in recruitment and retaining great talent is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR tools for recruitment, Email communication, Social Networking recruitment.
  • Work day to day employee life cycle and manage HR Activity at the company.
