Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest experience.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Must be able to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods of time.
