Job Description

Position: Histopathology Lab Technician

Education: BSc. Graduate with DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT)

Location: Mumbai ( Andheri)

Experience: 3 years of experience in a histopathology laboratory preferred.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Histopathology Lab Technician to support the processing and preparation of tissue specimens for microscopic examination. The candidate should ensure accurate sample handling while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, label, and process tissue specimens.
Perform tissue fixation, embedding, microtomy, and staining (H&E and special stains).
Prepare slides for pathologist review.
Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory.
Follow laboratory SOPs, quality control, and safety protocols.
Document and maintain accurate laboratory records.
