We are hiring Senior Procurement Executive for Santacruz kalina location.

Role & responsibilities

Looking for people who have specifically handled Facility and Administration-related Procurement assignments. Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within the Logistics and Freight industry

• Support procurement function for sourcing, vendor documentation, contract drafting, order fulfilment, coordination of procurement for single entity or group.
• Follow companys procurement strategy for CapEx and OpEx, with a strong focus on Non- IT , Admin, CSR and Company Property related procurements.
• As per functional directives implement cost optimization initiatives, vendor consolidation and process improvements.
• Support on new vendor identification, onboarding, development, and tracking , documentation and performance management MIS for the procurement function.
• Lead commercial negotiations for routine, values as defined with key vendors to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Follow & ensure adherence to procurement policies, guidelines, SOPs, and compliance frameworks to ensure audit readiness, governance, while delivering commercial and cost-effective procurement for the business.
• As applicable collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement process to achieve business requirements within the budget.
• Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, and Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Knowledge of market and delivery trend analysis so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends will be added advantage.
• Should meet procurement KRAs/KPIs such as cost savings, cost avoidance, vendor performance, lead time reduction, and improve service levels. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by closely coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support in implementation of procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money.
• Should be able to perform basic & key procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate (BSc, BCom, Engineer with experience in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred)

• Good team player, capability to learn & grow within the function.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder handling capabilities.
• Basic to Good level of analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
• Knowledge & Experience of procurement processes, contracts, and compliance
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• High on integrity, honesty, transparency, adaptable, agile & empathy towards stakeholders keep organization goal as priority.
