Hiring Regional Business Manager - HQ:- Mumbai Central - Derma Segment

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Implementation:

Implement strategic sales and marketing plans developed by the management to drive sales growth and achieve regional targets.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the region to expand market share and increase product penetration.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of TBMs to ensure they meet their individual sales goals and objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set their KRAs alongside ZBM, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives for team members.
Oversee regional talent acquisition and ensure employee retention strategies are effectively implemented.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Should have strong relationships and familiarity with key doctors, opinion leaders, distributors, C&F and other stakeholders in the industry within the region.

Regularly coordinate with regional stockists to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent any shortages.

6. Financial Management and Reporting:

Manage regional budgets and resources efficiently to optimise ROI and achieve financial targets.
Prepare and submit timely reports on regional sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to the Zonal Business Manager.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelors degree in B. Pharma, B.com, BSC, or a related field. A Masters degree (MBA) is a plus.
Experience: At least 5-9 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Should have geography exposure of their region.
