JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Register patients, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and provides excellent customer service.
