Job Description
Greetings, We are hiring for WFM Lead/Analyst acroos various Locations in India for our clients.
This opportunity is ideal for WFM professionals with hands-on expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, and rostering within an international voice BPO environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage short-term and long-term forecasting models
* Drive capacity planning and staffing optimization
* Prepare and manage rosters and schedules
* Monitor real-time performance and SLA adherence
* Generate WFM reports and insights for leadership
* Collaborate with operations teams to improve efficiency and productivity
Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in WFM (BPO mandatory Preferred)
Strong expertise in Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, and Rostering
Hands-on experience with WFM tools and reporting systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in US shifts and 100% work from office
