Job Description
Process: Customer Service Executive (Inbound Process)
Location: Thane West
Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed Off
Eligibility:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months experience in Banking or related domain
- Age limit: 35 years
Salary: 25K Inhand | Upto 30K CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for data acquisition and verification
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to client and process guidelines
- Collaborate with team leads and operations to meet targets

(All rounds are conducted virtually)
