Driving Innovation: Join Us as a Retail Associate (Field Role) at Cars24!

What will you drive?

As a Retail Associate, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with New Car Dealerships (NCDs) and generate high-quality leads for customers looking to sell or exchange their cars.
Your day will revolve around visiting 35 NCD outlets daily, engaging with dealer partners, and identifying customers interested in selling their old vehicles or opting for exchange deals. Youll act as the face of CARS24 on the groundensuring that every potential lead is captured, nurtured, and converted through our platform.
This role is not just about visitsits about consistent follow-ups, relationship management, and closing deals. Strong coordination with dealers and timely follow-ups on leads will be critical to your success.
Youll work towards monthly targets, where your performance will be measured based on lead generation, conversions, and dealer engagement quality. Your persuasion and negotiation skills will play a key role in turning opportunities into successful transactions.
To set you up for success, you’ll go through 7–15 days of structured training (classroom + on-field), equipping you with the right product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools.
