Job Description
Process: Patient Care Coach HEAPS (Voice Process)
What You’ll Do
- Speak with patients after discharge and track their overall well-being
- Understand patient concerns and provide suitable guidance and emotional support
- Assist patients managing long-term, acute, or critical health conditions
- Handle incoming patient calls and complete new-patient enrolment
- Build trust through empathetic and meaningful conversations
- Maintain a patient-focused approach in every interaction
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical / Medical / Biology-related field
- B.Sc. Pharmacy is mandatory
- Candidates from Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Nutrition, Clinical Psychology, Paramedical and similar backgrounds are preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Strong profiles with relevant qualifications may be considered even with limited experience
Language Requirement:
Mandatory: English + Hindi
Additional Advantage: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil or Malayalam
Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand
