Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Functional / Technical Consultant or similar with focus on implementation and support Inhouse Claims management system
Collaborate and manage discussions with Business users and stakeholders to improve system functionality and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Third-Party Administrator to understand integration requirements and implement solutions.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and development in Health Claims and implement the same in Inhouse claims application
Manage and provide technical support for integrating APIs with existing Inhouse claims application, peripheral business application and Third-party Administrator systems.
Manage external technical resources and provide timely guidance.
Managing regulatory report requirements raised by business users

Preferred candidate profile

Health Insurance domain experience with experience in managing Health Claim application
Tech savvy with working knowledge of IT applications / software and databases
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in English
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
