About the Role

Looking for a senior Voice AI / Generative AI leader to build and lead its Voice AI-led Demand Generation and Customer Acquisition practice.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for a professional who combines Voice AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, CRM, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing and Enterprise Solution Architecture.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of overall technology/customer acquisition experience and at least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Voice AI or Conversational AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Voice AI and Generative AI practice, including solution architecture, technology strategy, delivery standards and implementation frameworks.
• Design end-to-end AI-led customer acquisition and demand generation solutions across lead capture, Voice AI engagement, qualification, CRM updates, human handover and sales conversion.
• Architect and deploy enterprise Voice AI, Conversational AI, AI Agents and LLM-based solutions.
• Integrate Voice AI with CRM, Marketing Automation, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Telephony, Contact Centres, CDPs, APIs and analytics platforms.
• Lead enterprise solutioning, discovery workshops, technology consulting, architecture and client presentations.
• Drive measurable business outcomes including lead contact rate, speed-to-lead, qualification rate, cost per qualified lead, appointment generation and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Evaluate and select technologies across LLMs, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, Voice Orchestration, Telephony, Agentic AI and Automation platforms.
• Build reusable Voice AI frameworks, accelerators and AI-led delivery processes.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across AI/LLM Engineering, Voice AI, Solution Architecture, CRM Integration, Marketing Automation, Conversation Design, Data and Delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders including CMOs, CROs, Heads of Sales, CIOs, CTOs and Digital leaders.

Mandatory Experience

• 15+ years of experience in technology-led customer acquisition, digital transformation, CRM, demand generation, sales technology or customer engagement.
• Minimum 2 years of substantial hands-on experience implementing Voice AI / Conversational AI solutions.
• Proven experience taking Voice AI solutions from prototype/PoC to live enterprise production deployment.
• Strong understanding of Voice AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, APIs, system integration and enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, Lead Management, Marketing Automation, Digital Acquisition and Demand Generation.
• Experience integrating AI/Voice solutions with enterprise CRM, marketing and sales ecosystems.
• Experience leading technology teams and enterprise client engagements.
• Strong solution consulting, architecture and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with Agentic AI, multilingual Voice AI, Indian languages, high-volume inbound/outbound customer acquisition, Martech, Contact Centre technology, Salesforce, HubSpot, CDP, digital transformation or AI-led product/service development will be highly preferred.
