Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
Manage supplier relationships through contract negotiations, vendor selection, and performance monitoring.
Plan and execute purchasing activities to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in head purchase & supply chain management roles.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement management, purchase planning, supplier management, contract negotiations, new vendor development, procurement planning, and supply chain management.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
