We are seeking a visionary Head of Creative Production with a rigorous film school background to lead our end-to-end commercial campaign production and pioneer AI-driven video execution. You will bring classical cinematic masteryfrom camera optics, lighting setups, and dynamic camera movements to scriptwriting, screenplay pacing, and soundtrack curation—and translate it into professional AI-gener

What you will do

• Lead the creative direction, scriptwriting, screenplay design, and storyboarding for long-term advertisement campaigns and short-form video assets.
• Apply film school principles—including camera cuts, focal lengths, lighting configurations, jump cuts, and camera movements (dolly in/out, pans, rolls)—to direct AI video generations with cinematic precision.
• Select, curate, and direct music scoring, sound design, and audio pacing tailored to diverse advertisement genres.
• Lead, mentor, and direct a team of creative subordinates to execute viral Instagram hooks, trend-focused content, and continuous brand assets.
• Bridge traditional film direction with futuristic generative AI tools to establish a high-end, efficient production pipeline.
• Translate brand objectives into compelling cinematic narratives using articulate literature, clear communication, and strong creative leadership.

What we are looking for

• Formal education or extensive background from a recognized Film & Television/Design Institute.
• Deep expertise in offline film production: camera optics, focal lengths, lighting setups, cinematic shot types, and post-production pacing.
• Strong screenplay, scriptwriting, and storytelling capabilities paired with a sharp ear for music scoring and mood alignment.
• Mastery of modern social media dynamics, viral hooks, and digital engagement strategies (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Ads).
• Proven leadership, team management, and clear communication skills to run a creative production department.
• No prior AI video software experience is required—comprehensive training on our AI video generation pipeline will be provided.
