Head - Finance & Accounts / Chief Financial Officer Mumbai, India

IOS Relocations is looking for a senior finance leader to drive financial strategy, governance and performance across its India and Dubai operations. Reporting to the MD & CEO, this role will lead Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Taxation, Treasury, MIS, IT enablement and Procurement, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

The position is critical to scaling the business, strengthening financial controls, optimizing costs, ensuring statutory compliance and delivering actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency across service verticals.

Qualifications : CA / ICWA / MBA / Post-Graduate with 12 15 years of experience, including 4 5 years as Head of Finance or CFO. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
