Hardware Support Engineer

SRB Computers is looking for Hardware Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors for warranty services. Manage installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware components while ensuring compatibility with organizational IT systems. Document support requests, resolutions, and maintain accurate hardware asset records. Assist in network equipment setup, basic cabling, and system connectivity issues. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data backup practices, and safety standards while handling hardware. Provide timely user support, guidance on hardware best practices, and training to non-technical staff. Collaborate with IT teams to support system rollouts, disaster recovery drills, and hardware refresh projects. Continuously monitor performance, recommend upgrades, and contribute to process improvements in hardware management.
