Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, desktops, laptops,
printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Managing LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitoring network performance and ensuring system availability and reliability
• Providing technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
• Handling system backups, antivirus updates, and security patches
• Coordinating with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC
• Maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation
• Assisting in server maintenance and basic system administration tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company IT policies and proceduresRole & responsibilities
