Job Description
Job_Description":" The Regional Growth Manager will lead business growth for Biome\sustainable materials and solutions within the interior fit out, exhibitions, booths, experiential design ecosystem . The role focuses on building deep relationships with designers, exhibition fabricators, agencies, and brand teams while driving adoption of circular and low carbon materials in temporary and semi permanent installations.
Business Development and Revenue Growth
Business Development and Revenue Growth
\- Own regional revenue targets for exhibitions, booths, and interior projects
\- Identify and convert opportunities across exhibition designers, stall fabricators, experiential agencies, and brand marketing teams
\- Drive specification of Biome materials at design and concept stage
\- Build a strong pipeline across trade fairs, expos, retail activations, and brand experiences
Designer and Influencer Engagement
Designer and Influencer Engagement
\- Build long term relationships with interior designers, exhibition designers, and design studios
\- Conduct material walkthroughs, product demos, and sustainability storytelling sessions
\- Work closely with designers to translate creative intent into buildable, sustainable solutions
\- Position Biome as a preferred material partner for repeat exhibition builds
Channel and Partner Development
Channel and Partner Development
\- Identify and onboard regional fabrication partners and contractors
\- Enable partners with technical knowledge, samples, and design guidelines
\- Collaborate with exhibition organisers, venues, and industry bodies
\- Develop regional alliances with agencies handling multiple brands and events
Project Coordination and Execution Support
Project Coordination and Execution Support
\- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams to ensure feasibility and timelines
\- Support partners during estimation, prototyping, and installation stages
\- Ensure quality, sustainability claims, and brand standards are upheld on site
Market Intelligence and Feedback
Market Intelligence and Feedback
\- Track regional exhibition calendars, design trends, and competitor activity
\- Gather feedback from designers and fabricators to improve products and systems
\- Share insights on pricing, lead times, and material performance
Requirements
Requirements
\- 10+ years of experience in interior design, exhibition design, stall fabrication, or allied industries
\- Strong network within the exhibitions and experiential design ecosystem
\- Experience working with materials, finishes, or build systems is highly preferred
\- Exposure to sustainable design or circular materials is a strong advantage
\- Proven ability to close projects and manage multiple stakeholders
\- Strong relationship building and consultative selling skills
\- Ability to speak the language of designers and fabricators
\- Commercial understanding of project based businesses
\- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on site when required
\- Passion for design, sustainability, and material innovation
