Job Description
- Support the development of annual brand strategy, business plans and marketing calendar for the assigned product category portfolio.
- Deliver sales, market share and profitability targets.
- Manage product lifecycle, pricing, positioning and portfolio optimization.
- Plan and execute new product launches.
- Design promotional campaigns, visual aids, leave-behinds, CMEs and digital content.
- Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
- Train and mentor field force through cycle meetings and product training.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ROI.
- Build relationships with KOLs, pediatricians and dermatologists.
