Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager (GPM) to manage and drive the growth of our Cardio-Diabetic portfolio across the Franco Africa region. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing product performance, supporting business growth initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams and regional partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies for the Cardio-Diabetic portfolio.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the Franco Africa region.
Drive product positioning, promotional campaigns, and market development initiatives.
Prepare marketing plans, sales forecasts, and business reviews.
Coordinate with sales, regulatory, medical, and supply chain teams for effective execution.
Support new product launches and portfolio expansion activities.
Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to improve market share and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Strong experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management.
Exposure to the Cardio-Diabetic therapy area is preferred.
Experience in handling international markets, especially African markets, will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
