Job Description

Job Role:

Developing a category strategy based on market trends, WGSN insights, and previous season sales analysis.
Leading product development to enhance fissionability, product design, and quality.
Delivering qualitative and quantitative briefs to the design team and ensuring timely range sign-offs.
Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking to optimize product pricing and profitability.
Driving availability and discoverability in stores through effective coordination with stakeholders.
Monitoring retail performance to increase SSPD, ABS, and LTL growth across stores.
Ensuring timely product launches and handovers as per the seasonal calendar.
Collaborating with VM, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing to maximize product performance during peak selling periods.
Providing quick feedback and implementing learnings to enhance product proposition and customer satisfaction.
Becoming a solution provider by addressing retail challenges and improving overall profitability.
