Job Description

Green Building Analyst (Location: Mumbai) Position: Green Building Analyst (Location: Mumbai) Description: 1:) Feasibility Reports and checklists. 2:) Green Building Documentation Review of documents submitted by client, Documentation Follow up, Participate in Client/ consultant meetings, Respond to queries, Credit Documentation and guidance to Level 1. 3:) Quality check reports and analysis carried out by Level 1. 4:) Design Assistance Analysis Shading, Insolation, CFD and preparing reports. 5:) Daylighting, Views, Energy Modeling (Visdoe and Ecotect Simulation) Qualification: 1:) Deep knowledge and understanding of building science and basic knowledge of various HVAC systems. 2:) Have basic knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1, ECBC, NBC Standards. 3:) Have basic knowledge of LEED and / or GRIHA rating systems.
