Job Description

Branding and Design Development : Create branding materials such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, infographics, presentations, stall designs, and social media content. Adherence to Brand Guidelines : Ensure all designs are aligned with Zen Technologies brand standards, maintaining high levels of quality and Aesthetic appeal. Trend Integration : Stay updated on design trends, integrating innovative ideas into creative projects. Project Management : Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand design briefs and present creative ideas effectively. Ownership and Consulting : Act as an independent design consultant, managing projects from conception to completion. Feedback Responsiveness : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and improve designs. Event Support : Actively contribute to organizational initiatives and events. Motion Graphics : A foundational understanding of motion graphics is a plus. Requirements Education & Qualifications A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field. Key Skills Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , Coral Draw , InDesign , Canva , and Microsoft PowerPoint . Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail and creativity. At least 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design. Demonstrated expertise in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, banners, and animated presentations. Experience working with global clients, with an ability to adapt to diverse brand guidelines and cultural nuances. Special Skills & Personality Traits Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translate verbal ideas into cohesive visual concepts effectively.
