Job Description

Scale Delight is a forward-thinking design agency specializing in providing creative solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our clients visual branding and marketing efforts.

2. Responsibilities

Create and design a wide range of materials for both digital and print, including but not limited to logos, brochures, social media graphics, website layouts, and advertisements.
Ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner without compromising quality, while adhering to project specifications and client requirements.
Provide expert advice on best practices and optimizations throughout the design process to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of the final products.
Collaborate closely with fellow team members to develop innovative approaches for creating expressive and impactful graphics for the company and our clients.
Utilize a variety of media and graphic design software to create visually compelling and cohesive designs.
Establish creative direction for the company while adhering to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements, present ideas, create final creatives, and incorporate feedback to achieve client satisfaction.
Conduct regular calls with clients to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to design projects.
Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our work.

3. Requirements

Bachelor s degree or higher in a creative field (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts) or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress) and other relevant tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Minimum of two years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work across a wide range of creative projects.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design deliverables.
In-depth knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print production processes, and web design principles.
Experience working with both print and digital media, adapting designs to suit different platforms and formats.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
A passion for design and a dedication to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
