Roles & Responsibilities:

1. *Graphic Design:Create visually striking and impactful designs for brochures, flyers, banners, posters, digital ads, and other marketing collaterals that embody the essence of our luxury real estate brand.

2. *Branding Elements:Develop and maintain consistent brand elements, including logos, color schemes, fonts, and style guides, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand identity across all materials.

3. *Luxury Property Presentations:Design impressive and engaging presentations for luxury properties, incorporating high-quality images, info graphics, and other visual elements to entice potential clients.

4. *Digital Media:Design graphics for online platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and digital newsletters, with a focus on driving engagement and enhancing the brands online presence.

5. *Print Production:Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure the accurate and timely production of marketing materials, maintaining the highest print quality standards.

6. *Creative Ideation:Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas and marketing strategies that align with the luxury real estate market, consistently pushing creative boundaries.

7. *Photography and Image Editing:Work with photographers and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain a high standard of imagery for marketing materials.

8. *Market Research:Stay updated with the latest design trends, luxury market preferences, and competitor branding strategies to maintain a cutting-edge and competitive design approach.

9. *Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team, content writers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design materials effectively communicate the brand message and marketing objectives.
