Job Title: Graphic Designer (with Basic UI/UX Knowledge) Location: Delhi Jhadewalan Experience : 3 6 years Shift Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM Type: Full-time Whats Cool About This Role: Youll be THE designer shaping our entire social presence in US Zero corporate nonsense - we want your authentic creative voice Direct impact: Your designs will be seen by millions (no pressure ) Freedom to experiment with trends & run wild with A/B tests What Youll Actually Do: Create thumb-stopping social content that makes people go "Wait, a bus company posted THIS" Design for Instagram/FB Reels that actually feel native to the platform Bring fresh concepts to the table (were not here to copy-paste what others are doing) Collaborate with a team that values your creative opinion Plus The Big Stuff: Youll own EVERYTHING visual - from social ads to massive highway billboards Work directly with founders to shape our brands future (no endless hierarchy) Be in strategy meetings because we value design thinking, not just design doing Help build our marketing playbook from scratch (your ideas > templates) What You Need: 3-5 years of making things look awesome (show us your portfolio!)
