Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Industry: NGO / Social Services / Temple Operations Department: Graphics Vacancy: 01 Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at our Kokapet, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a passion for design, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling graphics that align with our organization's mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media including brochures, posters, social media, banners, and presentations. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Design multimedia content for campaigns, events, and internal communications. Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver timely solutions. Support website design and layout improvements in line with brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Key Skills and Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and visual composition. Knowledge of typography and its impact on communication. Experience with multimedia content development and website design. Basic understanding of marketing techniques and corporate identity. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Compensation: 25,000 - 35,000 CTC per month (based on experience and skillset).
