Roles andResponsibilities
1) Pre- Disbursement Activity:
Lead generation through promotionalactivities conducted.
Generating leads through referrals.
Field Investigating Activity.
Dealer interaction for marketing specificschemes.
Collection of prospective customerinformation
2) Disbursement:
Processing application for approval.
Obtaining documents from customers forpayment.
Collection of invoice /Insurance covernote and other respective papers.
Processing of loan documents for approval.
Payment of the finance amount.
3) Post Disbursement:
Process the confirmation of delivery ofvehicle finance.
Re Collection of amount and relevantdocuments.
Collection of registration certificate andinsurance policy/ invoice (if applicable).
4) Collection, Customer relations andcross-selling:
Ensuringpayments are done in timely manner
Respondingto customer queries and grievances and providing timely information andredressal.
Exploringfavourable cross-selling opportunities with the customers.
