Job Description

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program at Nandan GSE is designed to provide fresh engineering graduates with comprehensive, hands-on training across multiple departments. Over a structured 2-year tenure, trainees rotate through key areas such as design, production, planning, project management, R&D, customer service, sales & marketing, and quality control. This immersive experience equips trainees with a well-rounded skill set, exposing them to real-world projects and the core operations of Nandan GSE, setting a strong foundation for a successful engineering career in the aviation, defense, and material handling industries.

Responsibilities:

Design: Gain proficiency in design software and understand core design processes.
Production & Manufacturing: Learn production workflows, equipment usage, and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Planning & Project Management: Develop skills in planning and executing projects for efficient resource management.
Research & Development (R&D): Participate in product development, testing, and contribute to innovation projects.
Customer Service: Support customer inquiries, assist with technical issues, and develop service skills.
Sales & Marketing: Learn about sales strategies, marketing insights, and product positioning techniques.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality standards to maintain compliance with industry best practices.

Requirements:

Degree : Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
Experience : 0-1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Location Requirements : Must reside within a 1-hour commute to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, or be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
Relocation Support : For outstation candidates, free accommodation will be provided for the first 3 months to assist with relocation.
