Job Description
Graduate Engineer Trainee- Sales THOMAS & BRIAN Graduate Engineer Trainee- Sales Job Duties
- Review, interpret, and process customer inquiries and register them in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required for accurate quotations.
- Sizing, selection and pricing of products according to customer requirements.
- Validate sales orders against quotations in our ERP system.
- Arrange meeting with client for pre-order technical discussion.
- Create monthly product supply record.
- Present the monthly product supply record to Management on monthly basis.
- For analysis purpose, present the Enquiry Register to the management.
- Ensure all the details received at the enquiry stage are communicated with the Sales Coordinator. Correlate the enquiry stage work with the PO received.
Job/Knowledge Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresher
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent in creating schedules and tracking data.
- Excellent in administration and coordination
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
