Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions.
- Should have experience in handling Middle East Client coordination, key account management for recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and business needs.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Work on requirements across multiple verticals: Oil & Gas,Construction,Healthcare,Retail,Non-IT
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status updates.
Required Skills
- 310 years of experience in white-collar recruitment.
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in the mentioned verticals is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and bulk hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
