Job Description
- To extract data from applications & request which is to be entered in the work-flow tools.
- Required to understand the received queries in mailboxes and respond to the stakeholders accordingly
- Members must execute quality assurance (4-eye), question resolution, and audit confirmation report generation.
Basic Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters (Any stream)-German A2(Considerable)/B1 Level Preferred
- No of years of experience: 0-2 Years (Fresher preferred)
- Area of Expertise: Banking and Finance (Audit confirmation related expertise is preferable), Strong Computer skill and numerical skills. Advance knowledge in MS-Excel and Word.
- Communication skills: Good English communication skill
- Computer Skills: Computer know-how & Basic MS-Excel and Work
