Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
To lead and drive the Pan-India sales strategy and execution for the Ortho Gynaecology Division, ensuring achievement of top-line, market share, and productivity targets. The role involves building a high-performance sales organization, strengthening market penetration, driving brand growth, and aligning closely with marketing to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Candidate Profile:
- 18-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong exposure to Pan-India sales leadership roles
- Experience in handling large teams and multi-therapy portfolios
- Prior experience as National Sales Manager / VP Sales / GM Sales preferred
- Preferred Therapy: Ortho / Gynaecology / Women's Health
