Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Quarterly Book Closing, IFRS and Audit in coordination with subsidiary finance team.
- Independent monthly review and monitoring of subsidiaries financial transactions.
- Independent monthly review of subsidiary trail balance, balance sheet etc..
- AP Management of ex-India markets and subsidiaries.
- Periodic audit of distributors secondary sales and inventory
- Implementation of DOA and monitoring of its adherence
- Leading the automation project initiated by corporate GFB finance.
- Leading the finalization and implementation of various SOPs across the countries.
- Visit to overseas markets for subsidiary audit, distributors claims verification/audit etc.
- Special projects handling and management
Work Experience:
- 10-12 Years Post Qualification experience with pharma/FMCG company.
Skills & Competency:
- Self-driven, analytical skills, cross-country management, task prioritization, goal orientation
