Job Description
We are hiring an experienced GCC Head / Managing Director for our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Pune, India. In this role you will lead the end-to-end strategy, P&L, operations and growth of the Global Capability Centre, acting as the senior-most leader and the face of the global organisation in India. You will work closely with global stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Requirements: minimum 3 years of relevant experience (senior leadership roles require significantly more), strong domain expertise and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site role.
