Job Description

1. Product Development : You will be responsible for product development, including identifying new designs and styles that align with the brand's vision, trends in the market, and customer preferences. You will work closely with designers and suppliers to develop new samples and prototypes. 2. Costing and Pricing : You will be responsible for costing and pricing the garments, which includes determining the cost of materials, labor, and production, and setting the selling price to ensure profitability. 3. Sourcing and Procurement : You will be responsible for sourcing and procuring the necessary materials, fabrics, and accessories required for garment production. You will negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality. 4. Order Management : You will be responsible for managing orders, including tracking the production process, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring that the orders are delivered on time and within budget.
