Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard new donors (individuals, corporates, CSR, HNIs).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing donors through regular follow-ups.
- Create and present fundraising pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Connect with potential donors through outbound calls
- Clearly communicate ongoing cases, campaigns and organizational initiatives.
- Encourage individuals to contribute towards social causes
- Ensure timely follow-ups and donor engagement.
- Achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets
- Maintain accurate call records and donor data
Skills & Requirements
Strong Communication skills
Confident, empathetic and target-oriented approach
Passion for working in the social sector
Basic computer knowledge
