Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
Handle reservations, bookings, and other guest requests efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role in the Hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
