Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineers to join our team of Electronic Surveillance and Cyber Security. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the Cyber security and surveillance industry. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining Cyber Security Solutions and Electronic Surveillance Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Requirement Analysis:
• Assist in engaging with clients to understand their security needs and requirements.
• Participate in site surveys to assess the environment and determine the best surveillance solutions.
• Cybersecurity Implementation & Support:
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of enterprise-grade firewalls and endpoint security solutions.
• Support the design of secure network architectures, enforce access control policies, and ensure proactive threat detection and response across client environments.
• CCTV Layout Design:
• Support the creation of detailed CCTV system designs and layouts based on customer requirements.
• Help select appropriate camera types, positions, and coverage areas to ensure optimal surveillance.
• Cabling and Installation:
• Assist in planning and executing the cabling infrastructure for CCTV systems.
• Help install cameras, mounts, and other hardware components at designated locations.
• NVR Configuration:
• Aid in setting up and configuring NVRs, ensuring all cameras are properly connected and operational.
• Assist in implementing necessary settings for recording, playback, and remote access.
• System Testing and Troubleshooting:
• Participate in thorough testing of the installed systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during installation and configuration.
• Customer Training and Support:
• Help provide training to customers on how to use and maintain their CCTV systems.
• Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Cyber Security, Firewalls, Networking CCTV systems, and cabling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel across India
