Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with quantitative, qualitative research techniques. Or you have experience in product or junior brand management, communication or online marketing with a focus on marketing research. Candidates with healthcare research and technology research backgrounds would be preferred.
• You closely work with senior research account managers who will directly coach and train you.
• You develop market research and marketing expertise and knowledge on client projects.
• You gain experience and knowledge in a broad range of marketing domains, both within the projects you are involved in, and within training and education courses.
• Good verbal and oral communication skills- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors.
• As a Research Manager you perform project management, marketing analyses consulting projects based on extensive qualitative market research data.
• You animate in-depth interviews, focus groups discussions, online discussions groups, online 1-on-1 conversations, and/or online research communities and conduct the analysis and full reporting.
• You are in close contact with national as well as international customers to deliver high value content and marketing advice towards our clients.
• You will soon be responsible for the complete set up, organization and execution of market research studies. You build experience as a project manager and become responsible for complete methodologies (e.g. execution, approach, strategies, techniques, etc.)
• As you re getting familiar with the 1lotus research way of working, you will develop and maintain a customer portfolio and get account management responsibility.
• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and upholding the values of the organization is must.
