Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Forcepoint DLP Specialist to design, implement, and manage data protection strategies using Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in securing sensitive information across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Forcepoint DLP solutions across enterprise environments.
• Develop and enforce DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data transfers and leakage.
• Monitor and analyze DLP incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Integrate Forcepoint DLP with other security tools and platforms for centralized management.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align DLP strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct regular audits and generate reports for compliance and risk management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DLP-related issues.
• Stay updated on data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and ensure adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Loss Prevention technologies, with hands-on expertise in Forcepoint DLP.
• Strong understanding of data protection principles, encryption, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in creating and managing DLP policies for endpoints, networks, and cloud applications.
• Familiarity with incident response and security operations workflows.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for DLP integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Forcepoint Certified ProfessionalRole & responsibilities
