Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality & Butler Services

Provide personalized hospitality and butler services to the CMD and VIP guests.
Ensure high standards of etiquette, presentation, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Coordinate and manage food & beverage service during meetings, conferences, and private gatherings.
Handle guest welcome, seating arrangements, refreshments, and service flow seamlessly.
Maintain readiness of CMD office & Boardroom

Food & Beverage Management

Supervise serving standards for tea, coffee, beverages, snacks, and formal dining setups.
Ensure quality, hygiene, and timely service of all F&B requirements.
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and hospitality teams for smooth execution.
Ensure luxury presentation standards in table setup and service delivery.

Guest Relations & Coordination

Assist in hosting high-profile guests, investors, celebrities, and business delegates.
Maintain discretion and professionalism while handling confidential meetings.
Coordinate special hospitality arrangements during events and corporate visits.
Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and luxury hospitality SOPs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
38 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium hotels, resorts, clubs, or private butler services.
Experience with 5-star hospitality brands preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent grooming, etiquette, and service presentation.
Ability to handle VIP guests with professionalism and confidentiality.
Flexible to work extended hours based on business requirements.
