First Party Collection/ International BPO Professional

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced First Party Collection/International BPO Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in first party collection and international BPO operations.

Roles and Responsibility : -

Manage and oversee the first party collection process to ensure timely and efficient recovery of outstanding debts.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes related to debt recovery.
Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all collection activities.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices in first party collection.

Job Requirements : -

Proven experience in first party collection or international BPO operations.
Strong knowledge of collections processes, including debt recovery and payment collection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools used in collections management.
First party collections with a renowned bank in USA. Requirement - 80
Rotational week offs (twice in a week)
Transport provided for drop only and centralised pick up.

SSC/HSC with atleast 6 months of international BPO experience are eligible.
Rounds of interviews -
Hr round - Telephonic
Ops round- Virtual on Microsoft teams.
Versant - 67 to be given from the office
FPC - Phase 1 voice has started hiring again
No transport provided i.e candidates have to do self travel and they'll get allowance for the same.
Shift - 7pm to 4am
Week off - Sat and Sun fixed (one Saturday in a month)
