Job Description

is looking for an experienced and technically strong Integration Manager to lead the onboarding, integration, and deployment of banking and enterprise solutions across member banks and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with banks, managing complex integrations, driving production deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Management

• Lead end-to-end integration projects with banks, financial institutions, technology partners, and third-party service providers.
• Define integration plans, deployment strategies, implementation timelines, and project milestones.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of integration deliverables.
• Manage multiple integration engagements simultaneously while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Technical Solution Deployment

• Drive implementation and deployment of digital banking and enterprise solutions into customer environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand APIs, system architecture, workflows, and integration dependencies.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and production rollout activities.
• Ensure seamless go-live execution and post-implementation support.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as the primary interface between IBDIC, member banks, technology partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct technical discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for successful implementation.
• Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Testing & Production Readiness

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Monitor integration testing and resolve technical and operational issues proactively.
• Ensure deployment readiness, risk assessment, and cutover planning before go-live.
• Track and manage integration defects and closure.

Process & Governance

• Develop integration playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and implementation best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and banking regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, integration specifications, deployment reports, and status dashboards.
• Continuously improve integration and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6plus years of experience in Integration Management, Solution Delivery, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or related roles.
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, or banking technology providers.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying enterprise or banking technology solutions into production environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, system integrations, middleware platforms, JSON/XML, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience managing UAT, production deployments, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology organization.
• Exposure to Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Payments, Supply Chain Finance, or Digital Banking platforms.
• Understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging, Host-to-Host integrations, or enterprise integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration architectures.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps environments.
