Key Responsibilities:
1. Management Information System (MIS) & Reporting
Prepare detailed monthly MIS reports, including P&L statements, cash flow analysis, and variance analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop and monitor departmental and corporate budgets, conduct periodic reviews, and provide insights on deviations against planned targets.
3. Financial Analysis & Decision Support
Deliver data-driven insights and analytical reports to support strategic decision-making, including ad-hoc analysis as required by leadership.
4. Financial Data Management
Maintain and update financial databases and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability of key financial data.
5. Books of Accounts Oversight (SPVs)
Monitor and review books of accounts for SPV entities, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely corrections and compliance.
6. Investor Reporting & Communication
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for investors, including updates on project performance, financials, and key metrics.
7. Financial Modelling & Valuation Support
Build and maintain financial models for business planning, project evaluation, and company valuation, supporting long-term growth strategy.
Technical Requirements:
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and report presentation
- Excellent expertise in Excel formulas
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tally
- Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and effective communication
