Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Manage the accounting and finance team
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to the executive team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
- Manage cash flow and investments
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and audits.
Skills Required
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in finance or accounting
- CPA or CFA certification would be great
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial Software
- Experience managing a team
